Philipp Bach

Philipp Bach has a diverse professional background in the real estate industry. Philipp is currently working as the Head of Transactions at KINGSTONE Real Estate since February 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Head of Transactions Healthcare at the same company from July 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining KINGSTONE Real Estate, Philipp worked at Principal Real Estate GmbH as a Senior Transaction Manager from January 2019 to June 2021.

Philipp also gained valuable experience at JLL, where they served as the Senior Director of Capital Markets Transactions from November 2013 to December 2018. Philipp'srole involved creating a new distribution channel for real estate portfolios in secondary markets, utilizing an online platform and regional partner network.

Prior to JLL, Philipp worked at SEB as a Senior Investment Manager, covering various regions such as the UK, Nordics, CEE, and Potsdamer Platz. Philipp was responsible for acquisitions, sales, and was part of the disposition team in Berlin.

Further back in their career, Philipp held the position of Portfolio Manager at Standard Life Investments, focusing on acquisitions, asset management, and sales in Eastern Europe and France. Philipp primarily managed a logistics portfolio in Poland and the Czech Republic.

Philipp began their career at CBRE, where they served as an Investment Consultant and was part of the German Desk. Philipp also gained experience in property valuations, investment advisory services, and global corporate services during their time at CBRE.

Philipp Bach started their education in 1998 at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, where they pursued a degree in Immobilienökonomie / Marketing. Philipp completed their studies at EBS in 2002, earning a degree in Diplomkaufmann.

In 2000, Philipp Bach attended Georgia State University for a duration of one year. During this period, they undertook a Master of Science (MSc) program with a specialization in Real Estate.
