Puci Ramadani has over 9 years of work experience. Puci started their career in 2012 as an Account Relationship Manager at UOB Kay Hian. In 2013, they moved to PermataBank as a Relationship Manager. In 2016, they joined Quintessentially as a Business Development. In 2017, they were a Product Specialist at Citi. In 2019, they were a Sr. Account Manager at Moka and Head of Customer Success at pa. In 2021, they became an Operations Manager at Ginee - Global Intelligence and E-commerce Engine. Currently, they are a Customer Operations Manager at PT Kini Teknologi Indonesia.

Puci Ramadani completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Luxury Brand Marketing from Glasgow Caledonian University from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they studied Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya from 2008 to 2012.
