Martha Prezas has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Martha began their career at SURPETROL as a Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management System Leader, where they held a leadership role for three years. Following that, Martha joined Halliburton as a Lab Tech-Chemistry, Sr & Quality Management Leader. During their five-year tenure at Halliburton, they conducted analytical testing, operated various lab equipment and tools, and administered lab processes such as calibration and maintenance. Martha then moved on to Xynyth Manufacturing Corp., where they held two roles - Buyer, Logistics Coordinator and later, Inventory & Logistics Manager. Currently, Martha is working as a Supply Chain Manager at Kinitics Automation since 2023.
Martha Prezas has a diverse education history. Martha obtained a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in International Supply Chain Management from Douglas College between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Quality Management Systems from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara from 2007 to 2009. Their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Quality and Productivity was obtained from the Technological Institute of Villahermosa between 2000 and 2005.
In addition to their formal education, Martha Prezas has also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they received the API SPEC Q2 certification from Halliburton. In 2016, they obtained the NMX-EC-17025-IMNC-2006 Requisites to the Laboratory Management System certification from entidad mexicana de acreditación, a.c. Martha also completed the Introduction to Metrology and Estimation of Measurement Uncertainty course offered by the Centro Nacional de Metrología in December 2015. In 2013, they obtained the IADC Health, Safety & Environment Certification - RigPass from the International Association of Drilling Contractors. Previous certifications include ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems-Requirements from Bureau Veritas México in 2010 and ISO 9001 Quality management systems-Requirements from the same institution in 2009.
