Sophie Ellis has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Sophie'smost recent role is as a Talent Development Partner at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, where they are responsible for facilitating onboarding training and management training on topics such as leadership and teamwork. Sophie also worked as a Partner's Assistant at Castle Partnership Solicitors and as an Assistant to the Defence Barrister and Team at Jacobs & Tricks Solicitors, gaining exposure to different areas of law.

Sophie's early work experience includes assisting the Technical Team Manager at The Electric Theatre and volunteering as a Team Welcoming Ceremonies Performer at the London 2012 Paralympic Games.

Sophie Ellis obtained their MSc Human Resource Management degree from the University of Exeter between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their BA in English and Drama (Hons) from the same university from 2013 to 2016. Sophie's secondary education was at Guildford High School, where they achieved 2 A*s and 1 A for their A Levels and 6 A*s and 4 As for their GCSEs, although the field of study is not specified.

In terms of additional certifications, Sophie Ellis is a Certified Online Learning Facilitator, obtained from The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute) in December 2021.
