Julie Behne

Julie Behne has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Julie is currently serving as the Director of Data, IT at Kinsale Insurance since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Impact Makers, where they held various roles, including Chief Delivery Officer and Managing Principal, Advisory Practice Lead. Julie also worked at Capital One for a significant period, holding positions such as Senior Director of Global Operations Program Delivery and Diversity & Inclusion Executive, Senior Director of Enterprise Data Program Lead and Chief of Staff, Senior Director of Workforce Product and Cloud Transformation Lead, Director of Enterprise Architecture Agile Transformation Lead, and Senior Manager of Tech Design and Architecture. Julie started their career at Grey Advertising as an Assistant Account Executive, followed by roles at Medtronic as a Compliance Specialist and SunTrust as a Call Centre Training Manager and User Experience / Intranet Development Lead. Julie Behne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from James Madison University. Julie has also obtained several additional certifications, including a Data Strategy certificate from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2022, a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, and an Accredited Executive Leadership Coach for Organizational Performance certification from American University in 2019.
