Artur Stachyra

Artur Stachyra has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Artur is currently working at KION Group as the Senior Director of IT Project Delivery. Prior to this, they held various positions at ABB, including IT Treasury Domain Delivery Manager and IT Service Manager for Treasury. Before that, Artur worked at Capgemini as a Process Design Architect and Senior Service Management Consultant. Artur also has experience working at Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. and PTK CENTERTEL in ITIL Specialist and HelpDesk Consultant roles respectively. Artur has a strong background in IT project management, service management, and process design.

Artur Stachyra completed their Master's degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Lodz in 2002. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1997, they obtained a Technician degree in Computer Systems from the Mechanical and Electronic Technical College in Warsaw. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications in different IT-related fields from institutions such as DevOps Institute, APMG International, AXELOS Global Best Practice, BMC Software, and EXIN. These certifications include DevOps Foundation, Agile Project Management Foundation, Lean IT Foundation, ITIL v3 Intermediate Certificates, BMC Accredited Administrator Remedy IT Service Management, ITIL Practitioner IPRC, and ITIL v3 Foundation.
