Lars Hartje

Lars Hartje has extensive experience in corporate controlling and group controlling roles. Lars started their career at ratiopharm as a Group Controller from October 2002 to September 2005. Lars then moved to Dräger as a Group Controller from October 2005 to January 2008, during which they also served as the Head of Global Operations Controlling from February 2008 to December 2008. In 2009, Lars joined Dematic as the Controller for Global Operations and R&D, and later became the Head of Group Controlling from May 2009 to May 2011. Since September 2018, they have been working at KION Group, initially as the Division Controller from June 2011 to April 2012. Lars then became the Head of Division Controlling from May 2012 to August 2018. Currently, Lars holds the position of SVP and Head of Corporate Controlling at KION Group, starting from September 2018.

Lars Hartje completed the KION Global Executive Program at INSEAD in 2018. Lars also holds a diploma in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Münster, which they earned from 1997 to 2002, specializing in Economics.
