Michal Kriz

Michal Kriz has extensive work experience in various managerial roles within the manufacturing industry. Starting with their current position as Plant Manager and Managing Director at KION Group, they have been responsible for overseeing plant operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Plant Operations Manager and Technical Manager at MANN+HUMMEL Group. Michal also served as a Production and Industrial Engineering Manager at KION Group. Earlier in their career, Michal held positions such as Industrial Engineering Manager, Industrial Engineering and Plant Quality Manager, Plant Quality Manager, Production Manager and Focused Improvement Leader, Production Quality Manager, and Project Quality Engineer at Automotive Lighting Jihlava. Michal further gained experience as a Business Development Manager at Altran CEE and as a Quality Engineer - Customer Care at Valeo. Michal has shown expertise in quality management, project coordination, and process improvement throughout their career.

Michal Kriz obtained a Masters - Ing. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management and Economics from Czech Technical University in Prague, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. Michal has also received additional certifications in APQP and Management Training & Coaching from unspecified institutions.
