James Narin, Jr.

James Narin, Jr. has a diverse work experience. James began their career in 2011 as an Undergraduate Researcher (Firestein Lab) and Chemistry Tutor at Rutgers University. In 2013, they became a Faculty Member at Eaglebrook School. From 2016-2018, they were a Graduate Researcher (Santamaria Lab), Graduate Teaching Assistant - Neurophysiology Laboratory, Graduate Teaching Assistant - Cell Biology Laboratory at The University of Texas at San Antonio. James also worked as a Faculty Research Assistant at the University of Maryland in 2016. From 2018-2022, they worked as a Junior Software Engineer, Project Manager and Intern at Asymmetrik. James'scurrent role is Mid-Level Fullstack Software Engineer at Kion, which they have held since 2022.

James Narin, Jr. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Cell Biology and Neuroscience from Rutgers University from 2010 to 2013. James then went on to The University of Texas at San Antonio to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Biology from 2014 to 2016. In addition, they hold several certifications, including CompTIA Linux+ Certification from CompTIA obtained in May 2020, Elastic Certified Engineer from Elastic obtained in December 2020, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in July 2018, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in August 2018.
