Anna Millham

Anna Millham currently serves as the Managing Director of Operations at KIPP Chicago since June 2017, where responsibilities include supporting six schools and collaborating with Operations Leaders, Data, Transportation, and Child Nutrition teams to ensure high-quality service. Additionally, Anna has held the position of Director of Team and Family Recruitment. Prior to KIPP Chicago, Anna was the Director of Operations at KIPP Delta Public Schools from May 2012, overseeing the Operations Team in Blytheville to maintain student safety, compliance, and support for teachers. Earlier experience includes roles at Corporate Lodging Consultants from April 2008 to May 2012, focusing on lodging budget management and contract negotiation for class 1 railroads. Anna earned a BA in Sociology from Wichita State University, following initial studies at Washburn University.
