Alena Guerrero

Alena Guerrero is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and instructional roles. Currently serving as an ESOL Instructor at KIPP Massachusetts since July 2021, Alena focuses on developing adult students' English language skills through effective lesson planning. Previous roles include Staff Ambassador and School Bus Monitor at KIPP Massachusetts, along with serving as Lead Teacher and Elementary School Teacher at Success Academy Charter Schools, where Alena instructed remotely and prepared students for standardized tests. Alena also has experience as a Co Teacher at Cambridge Preschool of the Arts, an Affiliate Manager at Union College, and held various positions in summer programs aimed at empowering youth. Alena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Union College.
