Daniel Newmyer has a diverse work experience, with roles ranging from Vice President of Education, Research, and Collections at Space Center Houston to Science Department Chair at Antonito High School. Daniel has extensive experience in the education sector, including designing curriculum, teaching various science subjects, and coordinating science fairs. Additionally, Daniel has experience in the drilling industry, where they served as the President of NWP Drilling & Consulting, managing business operations and leading water development projects. Daniel has also worked as an Albert Einstein Distinguished Educator Fellow at NASA.
Daniel Newmyer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Daniel attended from 1993 to 2001. Later, Daniel pursued a Master's of Education degree in Space Science Leadership from Regis University, attending from 2011 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained certifications such as "Complex Project Tips and Tricks," "Gaining Skills with LinkedIn Learning," and "Transitioning from Manager to Leader" from LinkedIn, all obtained in September 2019.
