Leah Gray

Leah Gray is currently the Family Engagement & Partnerships Manager at KIPP Memphis. Leah has previous experience working as a tuition coordinator and family resource supervisor. In their current role, Leah manages all activities and programs related to family engagement and partnerships. This includes coordinating communication between families and school staff, developing and implementing programs to support families, and leading community outreach efforts.

Leah Gray has a Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a Master of Social Work from the University of St. Francis in Social Work.

Leah Gray reports to Antonio Burt, CEO. Leah Gray works with Christopher Owens - Director of Development, Marketing and Communications, Marquis Biggs - Education Technology Support Specialist, and Marian Kelley - Director of Special Populations.
