Nikki Miller Olszewski has a strong background in education and leadership. Nikki began their career in 2009 as a High School Spanish Teacher in Metro Nashville Public Schools. In 2011, they joined KIPP Nashville Public Schools as an 8th Grade English Teacher. After that, in 2012, they became a Fisher Fellow at KIPP Foundation before returning to KIPP Nashville Public Schools in 2013. At KIPP Nashville, they served as the Founding Principal for KIPP Nashville College Prep from 2013 to 2019, and then as the Founding Principal for KIPP Antioch College Prep from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Nikki is working at KIPP Nashville Public Schools as the Managing Director of Leadership Development, a role they have held since July 2022.
Nikki Miller Olszewski holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Lipscomb University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) program in Intercultural Communication at the University of Dayton from 2008 to 2009. Nikki'sundergraduate studies were also undertaken at the University of Dayton, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish and Journalism from 2004 to 2008.
