Aric Dershem

Aric Dershem is an accomplished Chief Information Officer with extensive experience in optimizing IT infrastructure and service delivery within the education sector. Currently serving at KIPP NYC since April 2024, Dershem previously held the same role at Avenues: The World School, where scalable IT infrastructure contributed to significant growth. A career at National Heritage Academies from 1997 to 2021 included advancements from Vice President of Information Technology to Vice President of Administration, focusing on IT service improvements and organizational growth. Additionally, experience as a coach at Indiana University and the University of Notre Dame highlights skills in team development and management.
