Brandi Vardiman

Brandi Vardiman serves as the Managing Director of Schools at KIPP NYC since August 2023, following a notable tenure at KIPP from 2009 to August 2023, during which Brandi held various roles including Dean of Teaching and Learning and Kindergarten Teacher. Brandi participated as a Fisher Fellow in 2013, focusing on developing KIPP Star College Preparatory Elementary School in Harlem, New York. Prior experience includes teaching at Achievement First and serving as a Corps Member with Teach For America in Miami. Brandi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington, an Ed.S in Educational Administration and Supervision from Liberty University, and a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning: Literacy from Nova Southeastern University.
