Jill Farrara

Jill joined the KIPP Philly team in November of 2017 as the Managing Director of Talent. In her role, Jill works to ensure that phenomenal folks are leading their schools and classrooms and that those phenomenal folks stay with us because they are inspired, supported, and developed every day! Prior to joining KIPP, Jill served in a variety of central leadership roles at Mastery Charter Schools (curriculum, instruction, assessment, operations, talent); prior to that, she was a high school English teacher. Jill graduated from NYU, where she studied English and Sociology. Jill loves hanging out with her family and is obsessed with puzzles of any kind.
