Samuel Brew

As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Sam Brew is responsible for maintaining effective onboarding procedures, managing staff files, understanding and implementing employee benefits, as well as a slew of other HR related issues for all of KIPP Philadelphia Schools. Prior to joining KPS, Sam was a Human Resources Generalist for a top Philadelphia Law Firm working with 5 different locations, and a total of 400 employees, throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Sam earned his Bachelor degree in psychology in 2014 from Rutgers University. He is a native of Ghana and a North Jersey resident. In his spare time he enjoys watching and playing soccer and also enjoys binge watching Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
