Kieres Regensburg has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2013 as an On Campus Rep for Rent The Runway. From there, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Bryn Mawr College in 2014. In 2015, they had multiple roles, including an Education Assistant at Positive Aging in Lower Merion, an Intern at Shaughnessy Naughton for Congress, and a Book Group Coordinator at Riverside Correctional Facility. They also worked as a private tutor for 4th grade students and as a Second Grade Assistant Teacher in the Lower Merion School District. In 2016, they became a Match Corps Tutor with Match Education. They then transitioned to being a 5th grade English Teacher at Excel Academy Public Charter School from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, they have worked at KIPP SoCal Public Schools, first as a Founding Fourth Grade Teacher from 2019 to 2020, and currently as a Fifth Grade Teacher.

Kieres Regensburg's education history begins in 2014 when they studied abroad at King's College London. From 2012 to 2016, Kieres attended Bryn Mawr College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government. Additionally, they pursued another degree in Political Science at Bryn Mawr College. In 2016, Kieres enrolled at the Charles Sposato Graduate School of Education and completed a Master's degree in Effective Teaching in 2018.
