TyRonne Turner has a diverse work experience in the field of strength and conditioning coaching. TyRonne began their career at Howard University as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach from September 2003 to January 2007. Following this, they joined Peak Performance LLC as the Sports Performance Director from February 2007 to February 2011. During this role, they provided sport-specific training, designed training programs, and educated strength coaches on proper program design. Afterward, TyRonne served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at MONTGOMERY ROCKVILLE from September 2011 to July 2012. TyRonne then joined the Washington Redskins in February 2013 as a Strength and Conditioning coach, and is currently employed at KIPP SoCal Public Schools as a Health and Physical Education teacher since August 2020.

TyRonne Turner completed their bachelor's degree in Health and Sports Science from the University of Richmond. TyRonne attended the university from 1996 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CSCS (National Strength and Conditioning Association), Free Motion Screening (Gray Cook FMS), Sport Performance (USAW), and USAW CLUB COACH (United States Weightlifting of America).
