Silvia Corte

Silvia Corte has extensive experience in accounting, finance, and risk management. Silvia is currently working at KIPP Texas Public Schools as the Director of the KTX Future Fund and Strategic Projects, a role they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at the same organization, including Senior Manager of the KTX Future Fund and Strategic Projects, Revenue/Strategic Projects Accounting Manager, Accounting Manager, Accounts Payable Specialist, and Accounting Associate. Before joining KIPP Texas Public Schools, Silvia worked as a Business Analyst Intern at Selbiz Corporation in 2012. Silvia'searlier experience includes working as a Risk Management Analyst at Credito Inmobiliario, Grupo Caja Mediterráneo from 2009 to 2010 and as a Risk Analyst Intern at Caja Mediterráneo from 2008 to 2008. Throughout their career, Silvia has demonstrated strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial processes and projects effectively.

Silvia Corte obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Financial Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey from the year 2004 to 2008. Silvia then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from St. Edward's University between 2011 and 2014. In addition, they also completed a Computer Information Technology Database Certificate program at Austin Community College during the years 2012 to 2014.
