Lydia Pakpahan

Lydia Pakpahan has a range of work experience, starting in 2005 at Loma Linda University Medical Center as a Patient Relation Coordinator. Lydia then worked as an Office Manager at Womens Health Physical Therapy from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Lydia was an OptimisPT Implementation Trainer, where they trained clients on how to use EMR software and planned software transitions. Lydia joined ProSites in 2013 and held roles as an On-Boarding Specialist and later as a Member Services representative until 2017. Since 2018, Lydia has been working at Kipu Health, starting as an Implementation Specialist and progressing to Senior Implementation Specialist. Lydia currently holds the role of Enterprise Client Success Manager.

Lydia Pakpahan completed their education from 2005 to 2007 at Concorde Career College-San Bernardino, where they earned a Licentiate degree in Surgical Technology/Technologist. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist from NBSTSA in September 2017.
