TJ Williams has worked in the logistics and fulfillment industry since 2008. In that time, they have held the role of Shipping Supervisor at Rack Attack Products Ltd. from 2008 to 2014, Chief Operations Officer at The Source Force, LLC from 2014 to 2016, and Fulfillment Manager/Warehouse Supervisor at Kira Labs Inc. from 2016 to present. While at Kira Labs Inc., Williams was responsible for B2C/B2B Multichannel Fulfillment Operations, Logistics, and Inventory Control, and achieved $300k per year savings in shipping cost reductions upon immediate introduction to the company.
