Karen Doering

Karen has been supporting employees in all areas of Human Resources for more than 20 years (longer than she cares to admit). She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and, shortly after college, found herself in a sales training role and became part of her first HR team. Deciding she loved helping people solve problems and be more effective in their role, she went on to obtain her MBA with an emphasis in HR.
