Brent Mobbs is an IP Litigation Associate at Kirkland & Ellis, where Brent has been employed since September 2023, after serving as a Summer Associate with the firm in mid-2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Student Attorney in the Cyberlaw Clinic at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University from February to December 2021, and as a Research Intern at the Yale Center for Environmental Law & Policy during summer 2021. Brent’s internship at Goodman Manufacturing in summer 2019 provided experience in production engineering. Brent holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Sustainable Energy Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.
