Michael Destefano

Michael DeStefano is an IP Litigation Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP since September 2019, focusing on intellectual property matters across various technologies including semiconductors, consumer electronics, fiber optics, and biotechnology. Michael previously served as a Summer Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Paul G. in the U.S. District Courts. Additionally, experience includes internships at Viacom in program acquisitions and at Joma Music Group in licensing and contractual matters. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics with a minor in Computer Science from New York University.
