Morgan Mendicino

Morgan Mendicino currently holds the position of IP Litigation Associate at Sidley Austin LLP, a role commenced in September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Tsai Scholar at the SMU Tsai Center for Law, Science & Innovation and as Associate Managing Editor for the SMU Law Review from August 2019 to September 2021. Morgan Mendicino has also completed multiple summer associate roles at Sidley Austin LLP, focusing on Intellectual Property Litigation and Corporate Technology Transactions. Additional experience includes a judicial externship with Chief District Judge Barbara M. G. Lynn and mentoring in the Academic Success Program. Morgan Mendicino earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
