Lance Faulkner

Lance Faulkner is the current Mine General Manager at Fosterville Gold Mine. Lance has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, with a focus on gold and copper mines. Prior to their current position, they were the Ballarat Mine General Manager at Castlemaine Goldfields Limited from July 2011 to December 2014. Lance was also the Senior Site Executive at Eloise Copper Mine from June 2016 to March 2017.

Lance Faulkner has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering from University of Melbourne. Lance also has certification from WA in First Class Mine Manager Certificate of Competency, QLD in First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Underground Metalliferous Mines), NSW in Certificate of Competency as a Manager of a Below Ground Mine, and Victoria in Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Mineral Mines) Class One.

Lance Faulkner reports to Mark Edwards, Project Director, NT Mining Operations. They are on a team with and Larry Lazeski - Mine General Manager, Detour Lake Mine.
