Lisa O’Neal

Lisa O’Neal serves as General Counsel and oversees operations-related legal issues and enterprise risk management for Kisco and its managed communities. Kisco’s legal team collaborates with department leaders and community associates to manage risk and develop strategies to enhance the wellbeing and safety of Kisco’s residents and employees.

Lisa joins Kisco with more than 20 years of combined in-house corporate and law firm experience. Over the course of her career, Lisa has served as in-house counsel for both public and private companies, advising on a broad range of legal issues across multiple industries including financial services, entertainment, technology and senior living.

Lisa is a lifelong resident of Southern California and holds a law degree from Loyola Law School.
