Sunny Fong

Sunny Fong has worked in customer success roles since 2015. Sunny started their career at C17 Group as an Account Manager. In 2018, they joined OneLocal as a Customer Success Team Lead and later held the roles of Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. In 2022, they started at Kisi as Manager of Customer Success. At Kisi, they work on building mobile access systems that let businesses access, share and monitor their physical spaces. At OneLocal, they work on providing SMBs with a suite of digital marketing tools.

Sunny Fong obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History & Political Science from the University of Toronto in 2013. Additionally, they are an alum of the Raw Signal Group, having obtained their certification in August 2019.
