Asambhava Shubha

Asambhava Shubha currently serves as the Deputy Director of Experiential Learning & Innovation at KISS - Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences since October 2023. Asambhava is also the Founder and Curator of Zaikaana, a platform focused on conversations and flavors, since April 2019. Previously, Asambhava held the role of Phule Ambedkar Fellow at Indus Action from October 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included mentoring community champions and providing strategic input in collaboration with the Government of Odisha. Asambhava participated in the Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University from August 2021 to July 2022. A background in strategy and media relations was developed during tenure at Deloitte from June 2017 to August 2021 and Deloitte USI Pvt. Ltd. as a Technology Risk Analyst from July 2016 to May 2017. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from KIIT University (2012-2016) and attendance at schools such as JVM Shyamali and St. Francis.
