Chris Lerma CCM, CQM, PMP is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction management and project controls. Currently serving as Project Manager II at Kitchell since March 2019, Chris provides project management and construction management services to the City of Tempe, overseeing key projects such as the Tempe Municipal Operations Center Phase 1 and Alameda Streetscape Project. Previous roles include positions at Pipe Trades, Balfour Beatty US, Bowman Consultants, and Habitat for Humanity, where responsibilities spanned project estimating, scope development, and managing various construction activities. Chris holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the NewSchool of Architecture & Design.
