Marvin Dulay

Marvin Dulay is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and coaching. Currently serving as the Head Basketball Coach for 6th and 7th grade boys teams at St. Mary School Gilroy, Marvin has led the 6th grade team to an undefeated record. In the realm of construction, Marvin holds the position of Project Manager at Kitchell, overseeing the development of a significant psychiatric facility at the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. As the founder of Disciples Sports, a sports ministry for the Diocese of San Jose, Marvin combines athletic leadership with faith-based mentorship. Their extensive engineering and management experience includes previous roles at Bergelectric, Sprig Electric, and JKL Construction Services, where Marvin demonstrated a commitment to process improvements and team collaboration. Marvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a minor in Business Management from San Jose State University.
