Antonia Schröder has a diverse work experience beginning in 2015 with Hilton, where they held roles as a Hotelfachfrau and F&B Trainee Internship. In 2018, they worked as a Sales Associate for HANS IM GLÜCK Franchise GmbH and a Front Office Agent for Hampton by Hilton City Centre. Since 2020, they have been a Junior People Manager, Working Student People & Organisation, and Intern People & Organisation for Kitchen Stories - Anyone can cook!

Antonia Schröder completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication Management at the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed an apprenticeship in the field of Hotelfachfrau at the OSZ Gastgewerbe Brilliat-Savarin from 2015 to 2018. In October 2022, Antonia obtained a Tech-Recruiting Bootcamp certification from the People Skills Club.
