Mauricio Eduardo Nuñez Diaz has worked in the culinary industry since 2011, when they began as a Chef Ejecutivo at Su Merced Hotel Boutique. In 2016, they moved to El Barrio Restaurante, again as a Chef Ejecutivo. In 2018, they joined La Brasserie in the same role. In 2021, they became a Socio en 2Cenas By La Brasserie. Mauricio Eduardo currently holds two positions, as Head of Operations at Kitchenita and Propietario Alma Vegan Foods at Restaurante Alma, both since 2022.
