Estella Sophia Rohrmüller

Estella Sophia Rohrmüller has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to 2022. Estella Sophia is currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at kitchX since January 2022. Prior to this role, Estella was a Mentor at APX, WHU Accelerator, and Techstars in 2021. In 2020, they worked as a Business Consultant & Coach at Estella Rohrmüller Beratung & Coaching. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of COO at Nordic Oil and Nordic Cosmetics GmbH, where they also served as the Head of Product. Before that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at xsmoke® from November 2017 to January 2020 and served as an Assistant to the Management from April 2017 to October 2017. Estella also worked as an Assistant to the Management at WOM.by from June 2016 to March 2017. Estella Sophia started their career as a Scientific Assistant at Technische Universität München from November 2014 to April 2016.

Estella Sophia Rohrmüller completed their Bachelor's degree in Bauingenieur at the Technical University of Munich from 2010 to 2014. Estella Sophia continued their education at the TUM School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including Business Coach & Trainer from bbk - Bildungsinstitut für Beruf und Kommunikation in December 2020, Change Managerin Zertifikat, Leadership Coaching Zertifikat, and Balanced Leadership Zertifikat from karriere tutor GmbH in August 2020 and May 2020, respectively.
