Owen Finn

Owen Finn has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Owen is currently working as the VP of Partnership Success at Kitman Labs, where they are responsible for maintaining successful partnerships. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Partnership Success at the same company.

Before joining Kitman Labs, Owen worked as a Business Transformation Consultant at Nextgen Clearing Ltd from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for driving business transformation within the company.

From 2013 to 2019, Owen held multiple roles at Micro Focus, a software company. Owen served as the VP of Worldwide Customer Support / Success & Maintenance Renewals, where they developed and executed customer engagement strategies and achieved revenue expectations for maintenance renewals. Owen also worked as the Director of Business Development - Software Asset Management, running the Global Software Asset Management Group.

Prior to their time at Micro Focus, Owen worked as the Head of Global Services at Nextgen Clearing from 2011 to 2013. In this role, they managed a team responsible for product and program management, pre-sales support, and contract negotiations.

Earlier in their career, Owen worked as a Managing Partner at Meelrea Consulting, specializing in post-sales service strategies and technology platform assessments. Owen also held leadership positions at Attachmate, NetIQ, Metromedia Fibre Network (MFN), Trintech, and CSK Software.

Owen Finn's education history begins with their secondary education at Carmelite College in Castlemartyr from 1981 to 1986. After completing secondary school, they attended Dundalk Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1990, where they pursued a degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Digital Networks & Communication Protocols.

In 1993, Owen enrolled at Trinity College Dublin and studied there until 1996, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business & IT Systems. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the Directors & Senior Executives Programme at the Irish Management Institute from 2005 to 2006, focusing on Strategy.

Recently, in 2021, Owen joined the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School to complete the Building High Performance Teams Program. As a result of their completion of this program, they obtained a Certificate in Building & Leading High Performance Teams from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in October 2021.
