Jen Janowski, PHR

Jen Janowski, PHR has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jen is currently employed at Kitsap Credit Union as a Human Resources Manager, where they have been since April 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist II at the same company, starting in December 2019.

Before joining Kitsap Credit Union, Jen worked at Masterworks as a Project Manager from December 2019 to December 2019, and as a Project Coordinator & HR Business Partner from April 2018 to November 2019.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Junior Giants Coordinator at San Francisco Giants from May 2016 to March 2018. Jen also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at PitchBook Data from March 2015 to May 2016, where they held the position of Head of HR from February 2015 to November 2015. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at PitchBook Data from December 2014 to March 2015.

Prior to their roles at PitchBook Data, Jen had internships at Seattle Mariners as a Marketing & Promotions Intern from March 2014 to April 2016, and at Callison as a Human Resources Intern from April 2014 to December 2014. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in HR administration, employee relations, benefits administration, and culture building. Jen has also been involved in creating policies, onboarding employees, and coordinating community outreach and culture events.

Jen Janowski, PHR, completed their high school education at Cedar Park Christian School. Following that, they pursued higher education at Seattle Pacific University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General. In May 2020, Jen Janowski earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
