Henry Dirksen III

Henry Dirksen III has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Henry started their career as an Account Executive at Airborne Express in 2001 and later worked as a National Account Manager at InterCall, Inc. from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, they became a Broker at VRD Realty, specializing in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Henry then joined Boos Development Group, Inc. in 2012 as a Real Estate Manager, where they focused on property selection and acquisition for marquee clients. In 2015, they became a Broker Associate at The Everglades Group, focusing on commercial property acquisition, sales, and leasing. From 2017 to 2020, Henry was a Sr. Manager of Investments at Regency Centers, where they oversaw redevelopment projects and sourced new retail developments and JV opportunities in Florida. In 2020, they founded Noirre Real Estate Partners LLC and served as a Founding Partner and Broker. Henry also became the CEO of Boca Drone LLC in the same year. Currently, Henry is working as the Vice President - Commercial Development at Kitson & Partners, leading commercial vertical construction activities and leasing functions at Babcock Ranch.

Henry Dirksen III began their education in 1993 at Modesto Junior College, where they studied Business Administration until 1995. Henry then transferred to Bentley University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management between 1995 and 1998. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition to their formal education, Henry has also obtained several certifications, including a Remote Pilot - Part 107 Small Unmanned Aircraft System from the Federal Aviation Administration in October 2020, and a Licensed Real Estate Broker certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in March 2004.
