Jeff Riegner

Jeff Riegner is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in transportation engineering and planning. Currently serving as Senior Principal Engineer at Kittelson & Associates, Inc. since October 2022, Jeff Riegner also holds leadership roles with the National Complete Streets Coalition as Chair, contributing to efforts ensuring streets accommodate all modes of travel. Previous positions include Chief Operating Officer at Rybinski Engineering, Vice President at Whitman, Requardt and Associates, LLP, and membership on the International Board of Direction for the Institute of Transportation Engineers. Jeff Riegner has also served in various capacities within the Mid-Colonial District of ITE and led the ITE Pedestrian and Bicycle Council. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
