Job Summary
Due to the Farm Bill, infused products made from hemp are popping up all over the country and growing exponentially. The products are not only being sold in hemp and smoke shops, but also in more traditional places like convenience stores, liquor stores, drug stores, and grocery chains. Hemp very well may be the way that many markets legalize cannabis, forgoing the traditional recreational dispensary route altogether.
These products that are being sold in more traditional channels are leading to an explosion of new-to-THC and legacy black market consumers buying products legally outside of the dispensary. This represents a large opportunity for Kiva as we think about our next phase of growth. We are ready to launch in Minnesota retail locations with our Camino and Petra brands in the hemp/D9 space.
We are looking for a skilled salesperson with existing relationships with traditional retailers that can grow Kiva’s distribution and sales in an assigned territory. The Territory Manager’s main responsibility is to increase Kiva’s assortment in retail and develop and close new qualified customers primarily in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. The qualified salesperson must be extremely knowledgeable about the product lines, represent honesty, integrity, and professionalism, while providing exceptional customer service. Hemp sales experience ideal!!
