Kristin Boehm

Kristin Boehm is the current CEO of Kiva Cowork, a position they have held since May 2015. Prior to their current role, Kristin served as Executive Assistant at Kate Farms from November 2012 to May 2015. In June 2015, they began working as Executive Assistant at Balance Financial Management, where they remained until February 2016. Kristin then took on the role of Manager at Impact Hub Santa Barbara from January 2017 to February 2018. After a brief stint back at Kiva Cowork, they returned to Impact Hub Santa Barbara as Community Manager from February 2016 to January 2017. In their most recent role with the company, Kristin served as Program Director from February 2018 to April 2019.
