Vernon J.

Vernon J. began their career in 2006 as a Provisioning Consultant at ACN Pacific. In 2007, they moved to KAZ as an Incident Analyst. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at TRT in two roles, Consulting Engineer and Senior Field Engineer. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Senior Unix Engineer at News Corp Australia. Finally, in 2020, they joined Kivera as their Chief Technology Officer, responsible for enforcing preventative policies across cloud services to stop data exfiltration and maintain security and compliance.

Vernon J. completed a Diploma in Software Development from TAFE NSW between 2003 and 2005. In 2014, they obtained a Red Hat Certified System Administrator certification from Red Hat. In 2017, they obtained an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
