Tim Brown

Tim Brown is currently working as a Senior Manager - Value & Strategy at Kiwi Property since July 2023. Prior to this, Tim had experience as an Associate Director at PwC New Zealand from October 2021 to July 2023. Before that, Tim worked at CBRE Asia Pacific from May 2015 to September 2021, holding various roles such as Associate Director, Manager, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Tim started their career at Woodview Construction from November 2010 to October 2014, starting as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and eventually becoming a Quantity Surveyor. Tim studied at The University of Auckland and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Property.
