Isham Kalideen

Isham Kalideen has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Isham began their career as a Hardware Technician at Winpaq IT Solutions in 2004. Isham then worked as a Software Engineering Trainee at IFS in 2008. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a QA Engineer at Innovative-e, Inc. Following this, they joined NIIT as an IT Lecturer and Assistant Network Administrator from 2006 to 2010.

In 2013, Isham joined Assurity Consulting Ltd as a Test Automation Engineer, where they worked on various projects for clients such as Inland Revenue Department, NZQA, and Novopay Project until 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Isham worked at Bank of New Zealand, where they held multiple roles including Automation Tester, Mobile Automation Tester, Infrastructure Automation Tester, and Test Lead for MuleSoft Web Service Migration Project.

Currently, Isham is working as a Lead Engineer QA at Kiwibank, where they provide guidance and support to digital banking teams, manages testers, and is involved in recruitment, coaching, and mentorship of team members.
