Shilpa Tungikar started their work experience as a Recruitment Manager at ACCESS ENTERPRISES PVT. LTD in 1999 before moving on to become a Business Manager at ABYSS & HORIZON CONSULTING PVT. LTD in 2002. In 2003, they joined Kale Consultants as a Lead Associate in Human Resources, followed by a role as Assistant Manager in Recruitment at Mastek Limited from 2004 to 2006. Shilpa then worked as a Corporate Manager in Recruitment at Syntel from 2007 to 2008. Shilpa later became a Manager in Recruitment at Rave Technologies from 2008 to 2011. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President in Talent Acquisition at Kiya.ai. Their responsibilities in current role include talent management and fulfillment, recruitment policy design and streamlining, and preparing the annual recruitment budget.
Shilpa Tungikar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource from ICFAI. Shilpa also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Mumbai University.
