Sonali Bhave

Sonali Bhave has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sonali started their career as a Trainee HR at Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd in 1996, where they worked for two years before joining Onward Technologies as a Senior Executive HR. Sonali then moved on to GTL Limited as a Manager in 2002 before joining Mastek in 2004 as a Manager. In 2007, they joined Polaris Software Lab as an Assistant Vice President - HR, where they worked until 2010. Since December 2010, they have been the Global Head HR at Kiya.ai.

Sonali Bhave completed an MBA program with a specialization in HR at the Welingkar Institute of Management from 1994 to 1996.
