Arthur Ribeiro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Arthur began their career as a Researcher and Developer at Embedded Lab, UFCG in 2008. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Federal University of Campina Grande, where they tutored students and conducted Alloy modeling for Mathematical Logic.

In 2010, Arthur joined E.LIFE as a Software Engineer Intern, where they developed web and desktop solutions using Java, Adobe Air, and PHP. Arthur then became a Software Engineer, focusing on developing and testing systems for mobile devices and web solutions for social media analysis and management.

In 2012, Arthur participated in the Google Summer of Code program, working as a Software Developer for the KDE Project, using C++, Qt, and QML. In 2013, they joined DATAPREV as an IT Analyst, where they worked on Java EE projects and JBOSS configuration for projects used by the Brazilian government.

From 2016 to 2020, Arthur worked at Broadsheet Media as a Software Engineer, serving as a lead engineer/architect at Scout Jobs and contributing to the development and management of the Broadsheet Media portal.

In 2016, Arthur also began freelancing for Toptal as a Software Engineer. Arthur worked on various projects, including integrating Scout Jobs with other platforms, adding Salesforce integration to Zoomist, and developing the backend and server structure for Refound's Manager Success Platform. Arthur also worked as a core member of the Python development team for Motorola Solutions.

Their most recent role was at Kizen, where they started as a Tech Lead in June 2020 and later became an Engineering Manager in November 2021. Kizen is a business technology platform that offers customization and automation features to help companies achieve faster growth.

Arthur Ribeiro pursued their bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Universidade Federal de Campina Grande from 2008 to 2012. In September 2015, they obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
