Katia K. Østergaard Neumann

Katia K. Østergaard Neumann is the founder and owner of Neumann Hospitality ApS, established in September 2021 to promote purpose-driven leadership in the hospitality and travel sectors. Currently, Katia serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board at several prestigious establishments, including Dragsholm Slot, Brdr. Price, and Byens Hotel, all renowned for their unique offerings in luxury accommodations and dining. Additionally, Katia holds board member positions at A/S Dyrehavsbakken, Kjær & Sommerfeldt, and Hotel Koldingfjord, alongside serving as an ambassador for Business Lolland-Falster. Educationally, Katia holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and has completed various leadership programs at Copenhagen Business School and The Wharton School.
