Weini (Winnie) Ma 马玮妮 is an experienced professional in the healthcare and business sectors, currently serving as Manager in the Office of Strategy Management at KK Women's & Children's Hospital since October 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing Models of Care Transformation Projects to enhance women's and children's healthcare delivery in Singapore. Previously, Weini worked as Senior Business Analyst and Entrepreneur in Residence at Duke-NUS Medical School, focusing on the commercialization of a Hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell startup. Additional experience includes roles as a Business and Healthcare Consultant and Laboratory Manager at UNSW, alongside consultancy work for Small World Social and research assistance at the Children's Medical Research Institute. Weini holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biochemistry from the University of Otago.
